Hydraulic injection molding machine: the hydraulic injection molding machine uses the oil pump as the power source of the injection molding machine, and uses various valves to control the oil pressure and flow, so as to meet the requirements of the injection molding process.
All-electric injection molding machine: the all-electric injection molding machine uses servo motor and screw rod to realize injection molding action, which has the advantages of stable injection, energy saving and cost reduction, efficient control, and environmental optimization. However, due to the limitation of servo motor, the clamping force is limited, which is more suitable for making small plastic products.
Oil-electric hybrid injection molding machine: the oil-electric hybrid injection molding machine adopts the servo motor hydraulic pump drive system in the action units such as mold opening and closing, ejection, neutron, etc., and the injection and storage are directly driven by the servo motor. While retaining the high locking force of hydraulic locking, it can achieve high response of the whole motor, low noise and more precise speed positioning and pressure control.
Mechanical structure
Two-board injection molding machine: two-board machine, also known as two-board machine, is different from three-board machine in terms of shape and structure, that is, the third tailboard without three-board machine. In addition, there is no bending arm mechanism of the two-plate machine, which can be directly pulled or pushed by the oil cylinder to realize mold opening and closing.

The two halves of the mold are installed on the fixed template and moving template respectively. The bending and extension belt of the bending arm mechanism moves the template forward and backward to open and close the mold.
