Introduction to the meltblown process

The melt-blown process is divided into 5 steps. Today, Jin Xiang Xiaobian briefly introduces which five steps are:

Polymerization process: the raw material particles are heated by an extruder to form a solution, and then the metering pump sends the solution to the spinneret as needed

Spinning process: the solution is formed into fibers through the spinneret;

Stretching process: cooling and solidifying the fiber by the action of secondary air;

Web-forming process: spray the fiber onto the drum or web curtain to condense the web;

Reinforcement process: forming the cloth by thermal bonding or self-adhesion; packaging process: packing the cloth into rolls
