When customers order U-shaped or W-shaped heating tubes, we will confirm the center distance of the product with them. Why do we confirm with the customer again the center distance of the U-shaped heating tube product?

In fact, understanding the center distance is the distance between tubes. The center distance of heating tubes follows certain standards. If the distance between tubes is too close, it will increase the difficulty of production and also affect the service life of heating tubes. The answer is the diameter of a U-shaped heating pipe, which determines its diameter curvature, which determines the center distance of the U-shaped heating pipe. The standard is as follows:

Pipe diameter: 8 mm R Greater than or equal to 15 center to center distance=30 mm

Pipe diameter: 10 mm R Greater than or equal to 20 Center to center distance=40 mm
