Performance and application of a new type of corrosion-resistant and corrosion-resistant electroplating ink for electrothermal tube electroplating
According to market demand and after a period of development and debugging, Wuxi Chemical Research and Design Institute has successfully produced a new type of corrosion-resistant and electroplating ink, which has been recognized and applied by users. It is an acid resistant and corrosion-resistant ink that can be used for electroplating. Currently, it has been used in the printed circuit board industry, as well as in the production of signs and process glass. This ink is a self drying or heat drying, alkaline water detachment type corrosion resistant and electroplating ink, which is resistant to acid etching and can also be subjected to weak alkaline electroplating (pH Less than or equal to 9). It has high graphic resolution and excellent resistance to ordinary copper plating, bright copper plating, aluminum tin plating, and gold plating. The hardness of the curing film reaches 4, and it is not easy to wear during operation. During deinking, the ink film falls off in flakes. The ink must be fully cured after printing before electroplating, Otherwise, the electroplating resistance will deteriorate, and the wire mesh can be cleaned with xylene, banana water, cyclohexanone, etc. A new type of corrosion-resistant and electroplating ink is mainly composed of trimethylolpropane, phthalic anhydride, initiators, and their auxiliary materials. It is synthesized into an alkali soluble resin, which is then mixed with other auxiliary materials such as fillers and solvents. After grinding, it can reach the standard fineness and viscosity. To ensure the performance of the synthesized resin, strict control is exercised over the process standards during the synthesis process, including every detail such as time, temperature, air pressure, and water output, Strict monitoring is necessary because this alkali soluble synthetic resin determines the film forming performance, toughness, leveling, and alkali solubility of the ink. In addition, some auxiliary materials have been added to the ink, such as binders, to adjust the viscosity of the ink and ensure its printing performance; Defoamers are used to eliminate bubbles generated during grinding, blending, and printing processes; Fillers are used to adjust the smoothness and thinness of ink; Additives are used to reduce the adhesion of ink in alkaline solutions; Pigments are used to adjust the color depth of ink; Diluents are used to adjust the viscosity and printability of ink. The viscosity of the ink will change with the ambient temperature. For example, mixing the appropriate viscosity ink in summer (above 30 degree ) to winter (below 10 degree ) will become more viscous, and vice versa. Therefore, ink should be mixed with appropriate viscosity before use to avoid affecting the printing effect. The new type of corrosion-resistant electroplating ink is self drying or heating drying, and the alkaline water detachment type corrosion-resistant electroplating ink is acid resistant etching and weak alkaline electroplating. It has high graphic resolution, good reproducibility, and is not easy to block the screen during printing. It has excellent performance such as good film forming, easy drying, and easy removal. It is suitable for manual operation and mechanical assembly line production.
